CryoCool-708
Cryogenic cooler stabilizes and controls the temperature of
various detectors of radiation in the temperature region
-195 ... +30 °С. The use of cooler reduces the electric
noise of detectors and enhances the signal-to-noise ratio. The cooler set
consists of two blocks: cryogenic cooler CC-708 and temperature controller unit
CNC-01. A detector settles within the heat exchanger made from copper tube
surrounded by a number of capillaries. The heat exchanger is vacuum isolated
from the device housing. The liquid nitrogen flows from the nitrogen reservoir
through capillaries and cools the detector. A special valve, which set the
pressure inside of the nitrogen reservoir, regulates the nitrogen flow rate
through exchanger. To stabilize the temperature above the liquid nitrogen
temperatures a resistive heater can heat the heat exchanger.
The controller unit CNC-01 consists of a power supply, a
changer “voltage current”, temperature controller and digital indicator. The
indicator on the front panel displays the set-up and current temperature of
detector stabilized and controlled by the temperature controller
unit.

The dimensions of the heat exchanger can be modified to
meet the customer needs.
